St. Croix River

The Nasa went to the St. Croix to check out all of the fall colors earlier last month. we saw some amazing sights and hiked around some tall trees and almost fell into the river. We clambered over stones and potholes. Natalie was a party-pooper and didn't want to go onto the scary parts of the trip. Lisa, on the other hand was a daredevil. she climbed on rocks and I was the one who almost fell of the cliff. Well we are getting ready for christmas and are making color crayons in the shape of trees! We will then make coloring sheets! What fun! hahaha we are funnier than all of you people! bye!

Adventures in Canoeing

Natalie here. Lisa and I went canoeing last Sunday. What we expected to be a nice relaxing day on the water ended with us getting stuck in weeds and logs for 20 minutes before being rescued by our knights in shining armor (aka some nice teenage boys with a motor boat). In our defense, it was crazy windy and we have minimal arm strength! Must remember to start lifting weights soon. Check out our rescue photos! (and don't laugh too much!)

when did you say that kittens on sweatshirts were cool. if you wore that, at my school, you would be stuffed in the garbage and will have the sweatshirt in the school chili in about ten seconds. so don't wear it on chili day!

stupid rainy days!!!!!!

rain, rain, go away, you interrupted our canoeing day! we are ticked off because we are supposed to go canoeing today and we can't. because of the lightning and thunder and generally everything about outdoorness today! now we are her in nat's house and are going to play clue. we are sure it will be Mr. Green in billiard room with the chainsaw-wait, there is no chainsaw! natalie told me that. i guess she lost her marbles. we will see what happens!

Sneak Peak

Lisa's writing a book about the hilarious and pure evil cat she calls Nemo. Here's a sneak peak before she becomes a famous published author!

Nemo. I got to tell you about him. He is so cute, but deadly. He is kind of like a ninja, silent, but deadly. Except he isn’t silent. This cat meows so much! It is like he is saying all the time, “Mom, play with me!” or “Mom feed me!” It’s Annoying!

Also, if you don’t pay attention to him, he will go all up in yo face and batt his humongus eyes and look all sweet and innocent. He might seem like a buckful of sweetness, but he is more like a pail of EVIL! Yea, he can have his moments, but still he is a menace! I love him though, he was in one of my drawings and it was in an art show. Nemo inspires me because he is a cat you wouldn’t find anywhere else then my miniscule apartment.

It is an interesting story how we got Nemo. I’ll tell you if you want to know. My language Arts class seems to love him. I write a lot of stories about this unique cat. I decided one day, hey why don’t I share Nemo with the world? I think he’d make an awesome and hilarious topic for a book! Why not? So now i sit here a wooden chair with better to do. Here I go. Stories that will flabergast your mind. Here it goes. Nemo’s stories. Get ready for a wonderous ride of a cat with a neurotic personality and an owner that will share him with the world.
